Refund and Return Policy

At Diamondvaultt Shop, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Refund and Return Policy provides you with options for returns and exchanges.

Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Custom or personalized items are non-refundable. If the item was marked as a final sale, it is also not eligible for a return.

Return Window: Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within this timeframe to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Return Process: Once you have received your RMA number, securely package the item you wish to return. Include a copy of your original receipt and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the return to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refund Processing: After we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, you will receive an email notification confirming your refund, which will be processed back to your original payment method within a specified timeframe, typically within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us for assistance. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you are exchanging for a higher-priced item, you may need to pay the difference.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items unless the return is due to an error on our part. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
